Property Inspection
We will check your property and inform you of the necessary steps to prepare it for renting and ensure tenant safety. You will need to provide us with compliance documents such as an Energy Performance Certificate, Landlord Gas Safety Report and Electrical Installation Condition Report, and any other relevant ones.
Terms & Handover
As long as your property complies with our standards, we will finalize the contract terms within 48 hours. The contract period can range from 3 to 7 years, depending on your preference. You will start receiving your rent payments from the contract date, and we will take care of finding tenants and handling the tenancy for the whole agreement period.
